In a large baking dish, drizzle the oilve oil. Wash and place chicken breast into the baking dish.
Rub the tops well with garlic. Slice the lemon and place the rounds all over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle the rosemary and salt over the top.
Cover the chicken with foil and place into the oven. Bake for 45 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked broil the top for desired browning.
Note: you can temp chicken at 165F to know if it is done in the center with a digital thermometer.
