Ready to make some seriously delicious baked turkey and Swiss cheese sliders the whole family will love?

This is a quick and easy 20 minute dinner idea that you’ll definitely want to keep in your back pocket for busy weeknights!

We used to make this quite a bit a couple of years ago. I honestly forgot about how delicious and simple this meal is until we were looking for a new meal to rotate in to our meal plan this month.

It really does take under 20 minutes to make, and it’s definitely picky eater and kid approved. This dinner will be gobbled up so fast, you’ll probably need to make 2 batches!

Another thing I love about these easy baked turkey and Swiss cheese sliders is that you can customize the recipe to make several new and different meals.

Add ground beef and cheese to make traditional hamburger sliders, or melt some pepperoni and mozzarella for some seriously crowd pleasing pizza sliders.

The possibilities with this meal idea are endless!

You can also make these sliders ahead of time, store in the fridge and then pop it in the oven right before you’re ready to eat. They are delicious when they are melted and warm right out of the oven!

This mini slider concept would also be a great back to school lunch box idea, or a fun appetizer for a party or game day!

I hope you’ll love this easy weeknight meal!

How to make Baked Turkey & Cheese Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls for dinner tonight

Slice rolls in half and place the bottom of the rolls in a greased 9×13″ baking dish.  I was able to fit 15, but you can fit more in a larger dish, or make 2 batches for large families.

Place sliced deli turkey on top of the rolls, and top with sliced Swiss cheese.

Add the top of the rolls to complete the sandwiches.

In a separate bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter.

Pour Poppy seed sauce mixture over the sandwiches (you don’t have to use it all if it seems like too much).

Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until cheese melts.  Remove foil and brown the tops for another 2 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
